Getting Started

Afya X is a B2B e-commerce marketplace for healthcare products, connecting licensed sellers and buyers to trade seamlessly on the same platform. We ensure transparency and security with guaranteed payments after delivery, supported by licensed financial service providers.

As a buyer, simply download the Afya X Mobile App by clicking the button 'START BUYING' at the top menu, and follow the account creation process on the app. As a seller, click 'START SELLING' at the top menu ,and you will directed to an application form, submit your details, and an Afya X representative will contact you to assist with the onboarding process.

Orders and Transactions

You can browse suppliers, search for products, or select from previously purchased items in the Afya X app. Add items to your cart, confirm details, and proceed to checkout.

Yes. The Afya X app allows buyers to track their order status until delivery is complete.

You can raise a support ticket through the website or use the Afya X Support WhatsApp line. To access the support page click 'Support' at the top menu and to get a guide on how to raise a ticket click on 'Guide' to access articles with instructions.

Payments

Afya X supports secure digital payment methods. When creating your account as a buyer or seller in the Afya X ecosystem you will also need to create a wallet for sending or receiving order payments.

Yes. Once payment is completed, you will receive a digital receipt via email or through the app.

Support and Assistance

There are two options: (i). Fill in the form on the Afya X website under “Support.” (ii). WhatsApp Support Line: Send your query from your registered phone number to our official WhatsApp support number.

A Customer Code is a unique identifier used to confirm your account when raising support tickets. (a). Buyers: Find your Customer Code in the profile menu of the Afya X mobile app. (b). Sellers: Find your Customer Code in your Mio App account.

You will receive a final notification either via email (for tickets raised on the website) or WhatsApp (for tickets raised through the support line).

Security and Privacy

Yes. Afya X follows strict data protection standards to keep your information secure.

No. Customer Codes are unique and linked to your verified account details. Support tickets will only be processed if the code matches your registered information.

General

Afya X is designed for both licensed buyers (through the Afya X mobile app) and licensed sellers (through the Mio App platform).

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password. If you still need help, contact support through the website or WhatsApp.

Yes. Buyers can update their contact details through the Afya X mobile app, while sellers can do so through the Mio App platform.
