How to Get Support from the Afya X Team

At Afya X, we want to make sure you get help quickly whenever you run into an issue or have a question. To make support seamless, we provide two ways for you to reach our team: through the Support Form on the Afya X website or via our dedicated WhatsApp line.


Option 1: Submitting a Ticket on the Afya X Website

  1. On the Afya X website, click on "Support" from the top navigation.
  2. Your will be directed to a page with a Support Form.
  3. Fill in the form with the following details:
    • Customer Code: This code is unique to your account and is available on the Mio App.
    • Email Address
    • Query Category (choose the type of issue you're experiencing)
    • Priority (Low, Medium, or High depending on urgency)
    • Message (describe your issue in detail)
  4. Click Submit.

If your Customer Code is valid, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided.

All further communication with the support team will continue through this email thread until your issue is resolved.


Option 2: Contacting Support via WhatsApp

  1. Save the Afya X Support WhatsApp Number (shown on the website).
  2. Send your query directly through WhatsApp.
  3. Make sure you are sending the message from the registered phone number you used when creating your Afya X account.

If your number matches our records, you will get a response message from the support team and communication will continue via WhatsApp until the issue is resolved.


Ticket Closure Notification

Whether you use the  Support Form or WhatsApp:

  • Once your ticket has been resolved, you will receive a final confirmation either by email (if you used the Support Form) or via WhatsApp (if you contacted us there).
